In such cases, deposits placed on voided bets will be returned to the player's account balance. pkr55's determination as to whether a manifest error has occurred is final.
5.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement. In the event that a sporting event or match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, pkr55 will settle affected bets in accordance with its published event settlement rules. These rules vary by sport and event type and are available on the Platform.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 10.3 Force Majeure. pkr55 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or acts of third-party service providers.
10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that betting and gaming involves financial risk and that you participate at your own discretion. pkr55 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for gaming losses incurred on the Platform.
10.5 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of pkr55 to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkr55 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Termination by pkr55. pkr55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or where continued operation of your account would expose pkr55 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets at the time of termination will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Balances remaining after settlement of any outstanding obligations and deduction of any amounts owed to pkr55 will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements, unless the account was terminated due to fraud or serious breach of these Terms, in which case pkr55 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.
11.3 Survival. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect following account closure.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which pkr55 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in Pakistan require otherwise.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pkr55, you are encouraged to contact the pkr55 support team in the first instance to seek resolution. pkr55 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under pkr55's gaming licence.
12.3 Bet Settlement Disputes. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event or game result being published. pkr55 will review disputes submitted within this window. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
13.1 Right to Amend. pkr55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or operational practices.
13.2 Notice of Changes. Where changes to these Terms are material, pkr55 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.
13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the pkr55 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
